Servaco PPS Secures Strategic Investment from Gapuma Holdings
Accra, Ghana – 1 May 2026 – Servaco PPS Limited, a leading industrial and mining support services provider in Ghana, has announced a strategic partnership with Gapuma Holdings Limited, a UK-based sourcing, procurement and logistics specialist. Gapuma has acquired an equity stake in SPPS, with founder Rudolph Opata Matey retaining majority ownership and continuing as Managing Di-rector.
The investment will strengthen SPPS’s operational infrastructure, enhance supply chain capabilities and support expansion across Ghana and West Africa. Gapuma brings expertise in complex procurement, logistics management and supplier development, with a track record in industrial service businesses across emerging markets.

SPPS will maintain its headquarters in Tema, with operations continuing across its branch network in Ghana, Sierra Leone and Burkina Faso. Current management and staff remain in place, with planned expansion of technical and commercial capabilities.
