SERVACO HOLDS FORUM FOR CUSTOMERS (Sectoral Approach)

Servaco PPS Limited has held its first knowledge forum, offering its customers the opportunity to interact with officials in the company.

The forum, dubbed “Customers Need” provided Servaco PPS the platform to respond to some pertinent issues, such as goods delivery, procurement and billing among other issues which were raised by the customers.

The forum was held in the various branches (Tema, Takoradi, Tarkwa and kumasi respectively) to meet the demands of the various sectors such as oil and gas, Mining, Quarrying and Construction, Power/Water and Telecom as well as Industrial.

There was also a panel discussion with representatives from Accra Brewery Limited, Ghacem Limited, Ghana Ports and Habours Authority (GHPA) and Nestle Ghana Limited among other firms, representing Tema and Accra, Tullow Oil, Grel, Group Five, VRA, Norpalm, BOPP, Schlumberger among others representing Takoradi, Goldfields Ghana, Golden Star, Wassa, Toyota, Golden Star Bogoso, Abosso Goldfields, also representing Tarkwa and Mantrac, Coca Cola, ADM Cocoa, Owere MIne, Kumasi Abattoir, Cymain Quarry, Neoplan, Consar among others representing Kumasi.

The managing director of Servaco PPS, Mr. Rudolph Matey, said the purpose of the forum was to have a business to business (B2B) interaction with customers to find a solution to the numerous problems facing the industrial sector.

According to him, the industry was changing with each passing day and there was therefore the need to educate customers about companies services regularly help them move with time.

He indicated that the rapid industrial growth across West Africa was one of the pivotal pillars that have the potential to transform most West African countries especially Ghana, from a low income to middle income economy.

“And so the government should invest in this sector in order to make profit which will cushion the economy”, he added.
